3. Commission & Fees
We generally do not charge clients for our residential brokerage services. Instead, we receive commissions from the lenders. Any applicable fees for specialized commercial or complex applications will be disclosed in a Credit Quote prior to engagement.
4. Privacy & Data Control
Your privacy is paramount. By providing your information, you authorize Opt Finance to share your details with lenders strictly for the purpose of assessing and securing finance. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on data collection.
5. Accuracy of Information
You represent that all information provided to us is true, accurate, and complete. Failure to provide accurate information may result in your application being rejected by the lender or legal consequences under credit legislation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Opt Finance is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, lender delays, or decisions made by the lender regarding your credit suitability. Final loan approval and terms are entirely at the lender's discretion.
